Shenzhen Ten Meter Network Technology Co., Ltd(registered address: 707, Block C, Tsinghua Purple Science Park, No. 13,Langshan Road, Xili Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China; contactinformation: 0755-86569159, hereinafter collectively referred to as "TenMeter" or "we") are very (hereinafter collectively referred toas "Shimi" or "we") attaches great importance to theprotection of personal information and privacy of users (hereinaftercollectively referred to as "users" or "you") using ourproducts or services (including Shimi Hulu APP, Hooroo Watch), and will takeappropriate security measures in accordance with the requirements of laws andregulations and the mature security standards in the industry. We will takeappropriate security measures to protect your personal information in accordancewith the requirements of laws and regulations and the mature security standardsin the industry. We may collect and use your personal information when you usethe products or services of Ten Meter. We would like to explain to you throughthe "Privacy Policy of Ten Meter Network Technology" (hereinafterreferred to as the "Policy") the corresponding processing rules andother related matters when we collect and use your personal information, inorder to better protect your rights and interests.
Please read and fully understand this PrivacyPolicy before using any of our products or services and make your choicesaccordingly. If you use Ten Meter products or services, it means that you agreewith what we have stated in this policy. Unless otherwise agreed, terms used inthis Policy have the same meanings as in the Ten Meter Network Technology UserService Agreement.

This Policy applies to all products or servicesoffered by us. For certain specific products or services, we will also havespecific privacy policies that we will explain before providing those specificproducts or services to you. In the event of any inconsistency between therelevant specific privacy policy and this Privacy Policy, that specific privacypolicy will apply.
Please note that this Policy does not apply toother third party products or services that you may access through our productsor services ("other third parties" includes, but is not limited to,your counterparties, any third-party websites, and third-party serviceproviders), as set forth in such third party's privacy policy or similarstatement.

I. How we collect and use personal information
We collect your personal information, such as youremail address, mainly for the purpose of making it easier and more satisfyingfor you and other users to use TenMe products or services. We collect only theinformation necessary to personalize our services and content. We don’t shareinformation that personally identifies you with advertisers, such as your nameor email.
(i) Helping you to become our user
When you register/log in to your App account, youneed to provide your cell phone number, verification code, and when you use theApp services, you need to provide your cell phone number as your account loginname, and when you log in, we also need to collect your hardware serial number,unique device identifier (android_id, Mac address, IMEI, IMSI) in order tovalidate the account and complete the log in; if you refuse to provide yourcell phone number, verification code personal information, you may not be ableto successfully register/login to the App account.
During the registration process, if you provide thefollowing additional information to complete your profile, it will help us toprovide you with better service and experience: including but not limited toyour real name, real ID information, preferences, occupation, school, skills.However, if you do not provide this information, it will not affect the use ofthe basic functions of the Ten Meter products or services.
The above information provided by you will continueto authorize us to use it for the duration of your use of the Service. When youvoluntarily cancel your account, we will make it anonymous or delete yourpersonal information as soon as possible in accordance with the requirements ofapplicable laws and regulations.

If you voluntarily provide your personalsensitive information, it means that you agree to our handling of your personalsensitive information for the purposes and in the manner described in thisPolicy.
2、Information we obtain when you use the products or services
(1) The personal information we collect and use isnecessary to provide you with the Ten Meter Services, without which we will notbe able to provide you with the core content of the Ten Meter Services.
① When you upload and/or post information andperform related behaviors (sending invitations, posting photos, replying tocomments, posting events, sharing) using the Ten Meter Services, we willcollect the information you upload, post or form, and have the right to displayyour nickname, avatar and posted content;
② In some of the services, in order to facilitatethe delivery of goods or services to you, you are required to provide at leastthe consignee's personal identification information, name, shipping address,zip code, consignee, contact phone number, payment status information. If yourefuse to provide such information, we will not be able to complete therelevant delivery services. If you are ordering goods or services for someoneelse through Ten Meter Products or Services, you will need to provide the aforementionedinformation of the actual orderer. You will need to ensure that you haveobtained the authorization and consent of the actual orderer before providingus with such information;
(iii) In order to display order information foryour account, we may collect order information generated by you in the courseof your use of Ten Meters' products or services for the purpose of displayingit to you and facilitating the management of your orders;
④ When you contact us, we may save yourcommunication/call records and content or the contact information you left,etc., in order to contact you or help you solve the problem, or record thehandling plan and results of the related problems;
⑤ In order to confirm the status of the transactionand provide you with after-sale and dispute resolution services, we may collectyour transaction, payment and logistics information related to the progress ofthe transaction through the trading partners, payment institutions, logisticscompanies, etc. that you have selected based on the transaction, or share yourtransaction information with the above service providers;
⑥ In order to provide you with a page display thatbetter meets your needs and to identify abnormal account status, we collect andcorrelate information about the services you use and how you use them,including:
-Log information: When you use our products orservices, we may automatically collect details of your use of our services andkeep them as relevant web logs. This includes the content of your search query,IP address, type of browser, telecommunication operator, network environment,language used, date and time of access and records of web pages you visit, Pushopen records, length of stay, refresh records, posting records, following,subscribing, favoriting and sharing.
-Device Information: We will receive and recordinformation about the device you are using (including device model, operatingsystem version, device location, process and software list, unique deviceidentifier, hardware and software characteristics), device location (includingIP address, GPS location, and information about the WLAN access point,Bluetooth, and other devices that can provide relevant information), andinformation about the location of the device (including IP address, GPSlocation, and information about the WLAN access point, Bluetooth, and otherdevices that can provide relevant information), based on the specificpermissions that you have granted for the installation and use of the softwareor hardware. (including IP address, GPS location, and sensor information suchas WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base stations that can provide suchinformation). Since the services we provide are proximity social services basedon geographic location, you confirm that by successfully registering for aTenMeter account, you authorize us to extract, disclose and use your geographiclocation information. If you want to stop disclosing your geographic locationinformation to other users, you can turn on the "no-disturb mode" atany time.
Please note that device information and log informationalone is information that cannot be used to identify a specific natural person.If we combine such non-personal information with other information for thepurpose of identifying a specific natural person or use it in combination withpersonal information, such non-personal information will be regarded aspersonal information during the period of combined use, and we will anonymizeand de-identify such personal information, unless we obtain your authorizationor as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
3. Collectionand use of your personal information through system privileges
l Camera privilege---used for scanning QR code toadd friends normally, connecting the watch's function, and taking photos.
l Album permission----for uploading and sendingpictures and videos within 10 meters of the hoist.
l Positioning permission----to find surroundingusers or locate your own position, and to check the weather.
l Bluetooth permission---Search for nearby devicesof ten meters watch or ten meters bracelet.
l Read/Write permission----for normal use of theability to view and select pictures and videos within the ten-meter hoist, aswell as saving pictures and videos and files to the system.
l SMS permission --- The SMS alert function of thewatch device in connection, to get the SMS verification code of the TenMeterapp.
l Phone Listening Permission--Get the phonereminder function of the connected watch device.
l Notification bar listening permission ---- Getthe notification bar reminder function of the connected watch device.
l Microphone permission----for posting audioupdates, IM sending voice messages, and game voice chat in Ten Meter Hulu.
l Read Contacts permission--Used to get the contactname when sending incoming calls to the watch device.

5. Yourpersonal information collected by us indirectly
We may obtain information that you authorize us toshare from our affiliates and third-party partners. We may obtain accountinformation (including user name, avatar, nickname) that you are authorized toshare from third parties and bind your third-party account with your TenMillionaccount after you agree to this policy, so that you can log in and use ourproducts or services directly through the third-party account. We will collectand use your information in compliance with relevant laws and regulations andin accordance with our agreements with our affiliates or third-party partners,provided that we are satisfied that the source of the information provided bythem is legitimate.
You can use the products or services provided byour affiliated merchants, game vendors or individuals through the link portalprovided by us through your TenMeter account, in order to facilitate theprovision of one-stop services to you based on our affiliated accounts and tofacilitate the unified management by you.
When you use the above services through ourproducts or services, you authorize us to receive, summarize, and analyze yourpersonal information or transaction information from our affiliated merchants,game manufacturers, or individuals that we confirm to be from legitimatesources or that you authorize and agree to be provided to us based on actualbusiness and cooperation needs.
If you refuse to provide the above information orrefuse to authorize, you may not be able to use the corresponding products orservices of our affiliated merchants, game vendors or individuals, or displaythe relevant information, but it does not affect the use of the core servicessuch as browsing, chatting, sending gifts and so on.
(iii) Providing you with security
In order to improve the security of your use of theservices provided by us and our affiliated merchants, game vendors, andpartners, to protect your or other users' or the public's personal and propertysafety from being infringed upon, to better prevent phishing websites, fraud,network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, cyber-attacks, cyber-intrusion andother security risks, and to more accurately identify violations of laws andregulations or the rules of Ten Meter's relevant agreements, we may use or Integrateyour user information, transaction information, device information, relevantnetwork logs, and information shared by our affiliated merchants, game vendors,and partners who have obtained your authorization or in accordance with thelaw, to comprehensively determine the risk of your account and transactions,authentication, detection and prevention of security incidents, and to take thenecessary records, audits, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance withthe law.
(iv) Improvement of our services
In order to ensure the security of our services andto help us better understand the operation of our applications, we may recordrelevant information, such as the frequency of your use of the application,failure information, overall usage, performance data, and the source of theapplication. We do not combine the information we store in our analyticssoftware with the personally identifiable information you provide in theApplication.
(v) Other Uses
We will ask for your prior consent to use theinformation for purposes other than those stated in this policy, or to use theinformation collected for a specific purpose for other purposes.
(F) Use without authorization
According to relevant laws and regulations, thecollection of your personal information in the following cases does not requireyour authorized consent:
1、Relating to national security and national defense security;
2、Relating to public security, public health, and significant publicinterests;
3, related to crime investigation, prosecution,trial and judgment execution, etc.;
4、For the purpose of maintaining the subject of personal information or otherindividuals' life, property and other significant legitimate rights andinterests but it is difficult to get your personal consent;
5、The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by yourself;
6、Personal information collected from legitimate publicly disclosedinformation, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosureand other channels;
7, Necessary for signing a contract according toyour request;
8, necessary for maintaining the safe and stableoperation of the products or services provided, such as discovering anddisposing of product or service failures;
9. Necessaryfor legitimate news reporting;
10, necessary for academic research institutions tocarry out statistical or academic research in the public interest, and tode-identify the personal information contained in the results when providingthe results of academic research or descriptions to the outside world;
11、Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
If we stop operating the Tenm products or services,we will promptly stop the activities of continuing to collect your personalinformation, notify you of the cessation of operations in the form ofone-by-one delivery or announcement, and delete or anonymize the personalinformation in our possession.
II. How we use cookies and similar technologies
(I) Use of Cookies
In order to ensure the normal and efficientoperation of the website and provide you with a better user experience, we maycollect your information by placing secure cookies and related technologies.
Cookies will help you call up your informationduring subsequent visits to our website, simplify the process of filling outyour personal information (e.g., one-click login, etc.); provide you withsocial, gaming, and consumption preference settings; protect your datasecurity, improve your operational efficiency, and optimize the product orservice experience. We will not use cookies for any purpose other than thosestated in this Privacy Policy. You may manage or delete cookies according toyour preferences, but you may not be able to fully experience certain of ourconvenience and security service features as a result.
(ii) Web Beacons and Pixel Tags
In addition to cookies, we may use other similartechnologies such as web beacons and pixel tags on our websites. For example,the emails we send you may contain a link to an address that links to contenton our Website, and if you click on the link, we track the click to help usunderstand your product or service preferences so that we can proactivelyimprove the customer service experience. A web beacon is typically atransparent image embedded on a website or in an email. Pixel tags in emailsallow us to know if an email has been opened. You can unsubscribe at any timeif you do not want your behavior to be tracked in this way.

These cookies orsimilar technologies may collect non-personally identifiable information aboutyou, which is used to analyze how users use the Services, to send youadvertisements that may be of interest to you, or to evaluate the effectivenessof the advertising services. The collection and use of such information bythese third-party cookies or similar technologies is not governed by this Policy,but by their own information protection statements, and we are not responsiblefor third-party cookies or similar technologies.
III. How we share, transfer and disclose personalinformation
(i) Sharing
1、We will not share your personal information with any company, organizationor individual outside of Ten Meter, except for the following cases:
(1) With your explicit consent or authorization inadvance;
(2) Based on legal circumstances: in accordancewith the provisions of laws and regulations, litigation dispute resolutionneeds, or administrative, judicial and other authorized authorities inaccordance with the requirements of the law;
(3) Sharing with affiliates: In order to provideyou with consistent services and to facilitate unified management, we may shareyour personal information with our affiliates. However, we will only share the necessarypersonal information. If we share your sensitive personal information or if ouraffiliates change the purpose of using your personal information, we will askfor your authorization again.
(4) Sharing with partners: We may share personalinformation with business partners that is necessary to provide services toyou. We will only share your personal information for lawful, legitimate,necessary, specific, and well-defined purposes, and only the personalinformation necessary to provide the services. Our partners are not authorizedto use the personal information they share for purposes unrelated to theirproducts or services.
Our business partners include, but are not limitedto, the following types:
① Authorized partners in the category ofadvertising and analytical services. Unless we have your permission, we willnot share your personally identifiable information (information that canidentify you, such as your real name or email address, through which you can becontacted or identified) with partners who provide advertising and analyticsservices. We will only provide these partners with information about the reach,effectiveness, and statistics of their promotions, and will not providepersonally identifiable information about you.
② Third Party Merchants. We must share your orderinformation and necessary transaction information with third-party merchants inorder for them to provide you with goods, services, and after-sales services.
(iii) Suppliers/Service Providers. We may shareyour personal information with the following partners, including technicalservices, payment services, financial services, infrastructure services, etc.,solely to ensure the successful completion of the services provided to you andto fulfill the purposes stated in this policy. This may include your contactinformation, order information, payment information, address information, etc.,to ensure the smooth completion of the services provided to you (e.g., we needto share your order number and order amount with a third-party paymentorganization to enable it to confirm your payment instructions and complete thepayment, etc.).
④ Third party application/game developers. Some ofour applications/games are provided by third party application/game developers(collectively, "Third Party Developers") solely for the purposesstated in this Policy. We may share some of your personal information with theThird Party Developers to provide better customer service and user experience.We will only share your personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary,specific, and explicit purposes, and only the personal information necessary toprovide the service, and the Third Party Application/Game Developer is notauthorized to use the personal information shared for any other purpose.
We will sign strict information protection andconfidentiality agreements with companies, organizations and individuals withwhom we share personal information only to achieve the purposes stated in thispolicy, requiring them to comply with the agreements and take relevant securitymeasures to protect your personal information.
(ii) Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information toany company, organization or individual, except in the following cases:
1、Transferred with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent,we will transfer your personal information to other parties, and children mustobtain the consent of their guardians;
2、In cases involving mergers, acquisitions or bankruptcy liquidationsituations, or other cases involving mergers, acquisitions or bankruptcyliquidation situations, if the transfer of personal information is involved, wewill require the new company or organization holding your personal informationto continue to be bound by this policy, or we will require that company,organization and individual to seek authorization from you again for consent.
(iii) Public disclosure
We may publicly disclose your personal informationonly under the following circumstances and provided that we take securitymeasures that meet industry standards:
1、According to your needs, the disclosure of your specified personalinformation under the disclosure method you have explicitly agreed;
2, according to the requirements of laws andregulations, mandatory administrative enforcement or judicial requirements toprovide your personal information, we may publicly disclose your personalinformation based on the type of personal information required and the way ofdisclosure. Under the premise of compliance with laws and regulations, when wereceive a request for disclosure of the above information, we will require thatthe corresponding legal documents must be issued, such as subpoenas or lettersof inquiry.
3, if we determine that you appear to violate lawsand regulations or serious violations of the rules of the relevant agreementsof Ten Meter, or to protect Ten Meter and its affiliates users or the publicfrom infringement of personal and property safety, we may be in accordance withthe laws and regulations or the rules of the relevant agreements of Ten Meterwith your consent to disclose your personal information about you, includingthe relevant violations and the Ten Meter has been taken on your measures.
(iv) Exceptions to obtaining prior authorizedconsent for sharing, transferring, or disclosing information
In the following cases, sharing, transferring, orpublicly disclosing your personal information does not require your priorauthorized consent:
(1) Related to national security and nationaldefense security;
(2) Related to public safety, public health, andsignificant public interests;
(3) Related to crime investigation, prosecution,trial and judgment execution, etc;
(4) For the purpose of safeguarding the life,property and other significant legal rights and interests of you or otherindividuals but it is difficult to obtain my consent;
(5) Other cases to safeguard public interests, suchas your credit evaluation information needs to be disclosed\shared;
(6) Personal information that you disclose to thepublic on your own;
(7) Personal information collected from legitimatepublicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, governmentinformation disclosure and other channels.
In accordance with the law, sharing, transferring,publicly disclosing personal information processed by de-identification, andensuring that the recipient of the data is unable to recover and re-identifythe subject of the personal information, we will not need to separately notifyyou and obtain your consent for the processing of such data.
How we store and protect personal information
We store your personal information only for as longas necessary for the purposes described in this policy and for the shortestperiod of time required by laws and regulations. If we terminate our servicesor operations, we will promptly stop the activities of continuing to collectyour personal information, and at the same time comply with the requirements ofrelevant laws and regulations to notify you in advance, and after thetermination of the service or operation of your personal information will bedeleted or anonymized, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations orregulatory authorities. We will ensure that your personal information isadequately protected in accordance with this policy and the requirements ofnational laws and regulations.
(I) Data Security Technical Measures
1. Inorder to protect your information security, we endeavor to adopt variousphysical, electronic and management security measures in line with industrystandards to protect your personal information, establish a data classificationand grading system, data security management specifications, data securitydevelopment specifications to manage and regulate the storage and use ofpersonal information.
2、According to relevant laws and regulations, we will store your personalinformation collected and generated in the course of operation in the People'sRepublic of China. If some of our services involve cross-border business and weneed to transmit the relevant personal information collected in China tooverseas organizations, we will follow the laws and regulations and theprovisions of the relevant regulatory authorities, explain to you the purposeof the export of personal information and the types of personal informationinvolved, obtain your consent, and require the overseas organizations tomaintain the confidentiality of your personal information obtained through thesigning of agreements, on-site verifications and other effective measures. Wewill retain your personal information only for the period necessary for thepurpose of providing you with the App and related services and within the timelimit prescribed by laws, regulations and supervision. In accordance with the"Guidelines on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing forBank Card Organizations and Fund Clearing Centers", after you havecancelled your App account, we will retain your personally identifiableinformation for a period of 5 years and transaction information for a period of15 years in accordance with laws, regulations or supervision. After theexpiration of the above storage period, we will delete your personallyidentifiable information and transaction information.
(II) Security Measures We Take to Protect PersonalInformation
1. Weadopt a data security management system to improve the security of the wholesystem in multiple dimensions from the aspects of organizational construction,system design, personnel management and product technology.
(2) We will take reasonable and practicablemeasures to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information as far aspossible. We will only retain your personal information for as long asnecessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, unless the retentionperiod needs to be extended or is permitted by law.
3. Westrongly recommend that you do not send personal information using a method ofcommunication that is not recommended by Ten Meters. You can connect and sharewith each other through our services. When you create communication,transaction or sharing through our services, you can independently choose theobject of communication, transaction or sharing as a third party who can seeyour transaction content, contact information, communication information orsharing content and other related information.
4、If you find that your personal information, especially your account orpassword, has been leaked, please contact us immediately so that we can takeappropriate measures according to your application. Please note that theinformation you voluntarily share or even publicly share when you use ourservices may involve your or others' personal information or even personalsensitive information, such as when you choose to upload pictures containingpersonal information when posting a dynamic or in a public forum such as agroup chat. Please consider more carefully whether to share or even publiclyshare relevant information when using our services.
5. Pleaseuse complex passwords to help us keep your account secure. We will do our bestto safeguard the security of any information you send to us. At the same time,we will also report the disposition of personal information security incidentsin accordance with the requirements of the regulatory authorities.
V. How to manage your personal information
(I) Access, update and deletion
1、You have the right to access and correct your personal information, exceptfor the exceptions stipulated by laws and regulations. You can manage yourinformation in the following ways:
Account information - If you wish to access or edityour account personal identification information, cell phone binding, changeyour password, block cell phone contacts, accept greeting alerts, etc., you cando so by logging in to your account through the "My"-"Settings" - "Account and Security".
Personal Information - If you wish to access oredit your nickname, avatar, personalized signature, hometown, emotional status,date of birth, occupation, personality, self-description, diet, hobbies,skills, etc., you can do so by logging in to your account through"My" - "Settings" - "Account and Security"."View or Edit Profile" to perform such operations.
Announcement Information - You can access or deletethe history of announcements you have made by visiting the "My" pageon the Ten Mile Hulu App.
If you are unable to manage this personalinformation through the link above, you may contact our customer service at anytime. We will respond to your request for access within 15 business days.
You have the right to delete your personalinformation, except for the exceptions provided by laws and regulations. Youmay submit a request to us to delete your personal information in the followingcases.
You may make a request to us to delete yourpersonal information in the following cases:
(1) If our handling of personal informationviolates laws and regulations;
(2) If we collect or use your personal informationwithout your explicit consent;
(3) If our handling of personal informationseriously violates our agreement with you;
(4) If you no longer use our products or services,or you want to cancel your account;
(5) if we permanently stop providing our productsor services to you.
If we decide to respond to your request fordeletion, we will also notify the subjects who obtained your personalinformation from us at the same time, if possible, and ask them to delete it ina timely manner, unless otherwise required by law or regulation, or if thesesubjects have been independently authorized by you.
When you delete information from our Services, wemay not immediately delete the corresponding information from our backupsystems, but will delete the information when the backup is updated.
(ii) Changing the scope of your authorized consent
In addition to the basic personal informationrequired for the business functions provided by 10M (see Article 1 of thisPrivacy Policy), you may give or withdraw your authorization for the collectionand use of additional personal information in My Settings or by contacting 10MCustomer Service (e.g., you may change the scope of your authorization in the10M Hulu App). (e.g., you can withdraw your consent for your phone contacts tosee you on 10M in the 10M Hulu App under "My Settings - Settings - PrivacySettings").
After you perform the above operations, we will notbe able to continue to provide you with the services corresponding to thewithdrawal of consent or authorization, but will not affect the processing ofpersonal information previously carried out on the basis of your authorization.
(iii) Account Cancellation by Subjects of PersonalInformation

After you voluntarily cancel your account, we willstop providing you with products or services and delete or anonymize yourPersonal Information as required by applicable law.

You have the right to obtain a copy of yourpersonal information. If you need to obtain a copy of your personal informationcollected by us, you can call the artificial customer service hotline0755-86569159. the artificial customer service will verify your personalinformation, and after completing the confirmation of the personal informationsubject of the last six digits of the name, telephone number and ID card,submit a copy of your personal information to you through the online customerservice of this App. In line with relevant laws and regulations and under thepremise of technical feasibility, we will provide you with a copy of yourpersonal information at your request.

Wemay refuse requests that are unnecessarily repetitive, require excessivetechnical means (e.g., the development of a new system or a fundamental changein existing practices), pose a risk to the legal rights of others, or arehighly impractical.
In the following cases, we will not be able torespond to your request as required by law or regulation:
(1) Related to national security, national defensesecurity;
(2) Related to public safety, public health, orsignificant public interest;
